After thinking about that concept for a bit, we realized that method would be the antithesis of our company philosophy. Submittting a proposal without first spending some time getting to know a client would certainly be efficient, but cold and impersonal.
Instead, we would like to get to know you first. In this way, we can better understand your needs and develop a superior management plan. We always find person-to-person discussions to be richer and more productive in surfacing the issues which are most important to our clients.
