Document Portal
Goldin Choice's document portal allows clients to access their monthly report package conveniently and securely. Through the portal, documents are easily accessible and may be downloaded at any time.
You can view your monthly reports on your computer or smart phone. Our portal is compatible with the latest devices.
Our reports are also generated in both Excel and PDFs. With reports in Excel, you can more easily run your own financial analyses.
Select a customizable option and receive email alerts once your monthly report is published.
Guests who are not yet our clients are encouraged to visit our online portal at documents.goldinmgmt.com to view a sample building and see how easy it is to access a building's financial reports and other information with Goldin. Guests may log in with username, "guest", and password, "wonderful".
GETTING STARTED IS EASY

Goldin Choice will send you an email with your log in details. If you do not receive your log in credentials, you may email portal@goldinmgmt.com to request your credentials. You will receive your log in credentials within one business day. Only authorized users may access the portal.
